If for any reason you feel that our products did not live up to your expectations or you think that somehow our service did not meet your standards of excellence, we do not offer any money back guarantee & any cancellation request. In other words, you can not get refund for any virtual product purchase because this digital or tangible products are generated once and we can not remove it from our database.

1 Year Package refund offer details

Only 12 months users can cancel request a refund for the rest of their subscription by sending us an email.

How does it work?

For Example, You buy a subscription for 12 Months for €79, you only use the subscription for minimum 3 months and after that, you had a problem and you want to get a refund, in this case, we will deduct €50 and we will refund you €29.

We also strive to make sure our customers don’t get stuck or give up on the process. If you are having any issues at all please send us an email or just write us. We are a full-service provider and help with everything from ordering to installation.

Requesting a Refund

Follow the steps below to get your refund request sent to us:

Login to your account got click my orders and get your oder number from there or from your email inbox and write us email or contact us by WhatsApp with your Order number with subject “Refund Request” or “Request Cancellation”.

Fill the required info and submit it in contact form or in email.

You can also request cancellation by contacting direct on WhatsApp.

The below mentioned policy is for the same services and applicable to all the placed orders within the country, on our online stores.

Items that can be Returned

We are giving the facility of return service in case of receiving the defective product or not in accordance with our customer’s specifications. If the customer is not satisfied with what he or she ordered and what is received than the customer has a right to return it easily within the provided time limit and:

  • The product that is being returned by the customer must be complete and intact.
  • There should not be utilization of received product which is being returned.
  • Item packaging should be unblemished and intact.

Items that cannot be returned

  • All accessories are final sale, returns & exchanges are NOT possible on any accessory.
  • If the product is not complete or if even a single item is missing.
  • The discounted sale merchandise cannot be returned.

Procedure for Return & Exchange

For exchanging or returning any of your purchased item please email, our customer care representative will get back to you within next 24-48hours on working days (Monday to Friday). You can return the item to our provided address written below under the title ‘Return Address’, please note the courier cost of returning the item will be borne by the customer. In case the item is damaged, Weltweit will not cover the return shipment charges. Please note that we do not accept the returns for those products that are not purchased through weltweitdigital.com.

With original receipt

You can return the defective item (if any), the original purchase receipt will be required for returning the item with full paid price.

Without original receipt

You can also return the defective item (if any) without the original receipt but the product will then be refunded as per the current selling price of that time; and the customer will be offered exchange service with same or high value.
The right to refuse the excessive non-receipted returns is reserved by weltweitdigital.com.

The product sold on discounted price will not be returnable.

Time limit

You will be facilitated with return service during the course of 7 days after the delivery of product. The original receipt of product will be required for your ease and our convenience.

Returning Gifts We do not entertain the refunds on gifts product if the delivery process is completed and the product is delivered. But if a person wish to return the product under this scenario, than he or she is advised to contact the person who made purchase of product and then the original purchaser is needed to follow the returning procedure within ten (7) days time period

International Orders
