Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital Products (IPTV Subscriptions)
All digital IPTV subscription packages are delivered securely via email immediately after payment confirmation. Customers have the option to request a refund or cancel their subscription within 48 hours of receiving their login credentials. Requests made after this time cannot be processed, as the product is considered delivered once the credentials are issued.

To request a refund or cancellation, please contact us via service@streamnow24.com with your full order details. Once the request is verified, refunds will be processed promptly. This policy allows customers the opportunity to resolve any issues or reconsider their purchase shortly after receiving the digital product, while maintaining the security and integrity of our services.

Please note that virtual gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be canceled after purchase.

Physical Products (Streaming Devices)
Physical streaming devices may be returned within 3 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. A deduction may apply to cover handling, shipping, or restocking fees.

To start a return, contact us via service@streamnow24.com to obtain instructions and the return address. Do not send items without prior approval. Once the returned device is received and inspected, your refund will be issued, with any applicable deductions taken into account.
