Once the payment is verified, you will receive an email containing your login credentials or a downloadable PDF file, giving you immediate access to your purchased service. Payments made via SEPA instant transfer, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency may require a few minutes to several hours for confirmation, depending on processing times.
If you do not receive your login credentials or the PDF download email, please check your spam or junk folder. Gmail users should also review the Social and Promotions tabs, as automated messages may be filtered there. Your login credentials grant full access to all features of the IPTV subscription, and the PDF file includes detailed instructions to begin streaming right away.
Customers with an account can also access their invoices and downloadable files anytime by navigating to My Account > Invoices > Downloads. If a downloaded file appears corrupted or cannot be opened, please delete it and attempt to download it again. If the issue persists, contact us via service@streamnow24.com, and we will provide an alternative way to access your digital items.
