Delivery Policy for Digital Items

 

You’ll receive your purchased package login credentials or file once your payment is confirmed. Due to the nature of digital files we don’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Your login and password credentials are available once your payment transaction is confirmed. If you by Bank or a debit or credit card through Payoneer or Wise, confirmation might take few minutes or few hours. You will also receive an email notification in your Inbox, the login credentials or a PDF file to download will be included upon your payment confirmation.

»I can’t seem to find my credentials or PDF download notification email?

Please, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs.

»Can I access my digital purchases invoices from dashboard?

You can only access the invoice or file, if have an account on weltweitdigital.com. In section > my account > invoices > downloads. And you will be sent an email with login credentials or PDF file to download included for an alternate way to download digital files. If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can’t open the file, please contact us through service@weltweitdigital.com for help.

»I purchased a monthly package, but these options aren’t available for my order.

If you’re unable to locate a download file on your Purchases page, don’t worry you’ll your file within few hours in your provided email Inbox as a PDF file or simply as login Credentials. Please contact us on service@weltweitdigital.com for further assistance.
